Nursery

Our nursery is viewed as much more than baby-sitting. It is a ministry. Each child is a gift from God, and our goal is to nurture each infant while providing a safe and enjoyable environment.

The nursery is open for Discipleship Hour on Sundays at 9:15, the regular Sunday services which begin at 10:30 am and 6:00 pm, and Wednesday night from 6:10 to 8:15. It is equipped and staffed for babies up to age 2½. Separate units are designated for infants, crawlers, and toddlers.

The nursery is located about half way down the corridor that extends from the main foyer of the auditorium.

Discipleship Hour

The term Discipleship Hour is used to define the concept of Sunday school. Discipleship Hour provides Bible learning experiences for all ages. Each Sunday a team of experienced and dedicated teachers bring learning experiences designed to lead our children to a redemptive relationship with God.

Classes meet from 9:15 am to 10:15 am.

Children's Church

Children's churches are staffed with leaders and teachers committed to investing their time in touching the hearts of our children through modeling and teaching how to become faithful followers of Jesus Christ. Children's church is provided during the regular services with rare exceptions such as during the Christmas season specials. These groups allow children to learn to worship and develop their spiritual formation at their own age level. However children are gradually introduced into the adult worship services on a graduated basis as the following schedule indicates.

Children's Christmas Musical

This annual event is a major presentation that features our children and youth with emphasis on pageantry and music. It is a highlight of the year as the children lead a packed auditorium in the celebration of the birth of Christ. It will be held on December 11, 2011.
